Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
AcComm. 1533 : SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res. 605) MASS TRANSPORTATION AGENCY
From Transit Coordinator Barney B. Menor dated
- April 17, 19$0 submitting for adoption, a resolution
to amend the salary ordinance for a change in the
Mass Transit Analyst 's position from Federally funded
to contractual as a result of a change in the Federal
program that funded this position.
During the transition which is anticipated to take
seven months, it is required that the analyst
position be maintained to fill in as a relief
supervisor as the Agency operates over 72 hours per
week. Informs there are sufficient funds in their
budget to fund the position from April, 19$0 to the
anticipated reimbursement in November, 19$0;
recommends Council approve the change in the Mass Transit Analyst 's
position from Federally funded to contractual for the Mass Transportation
Agency, Office of the Mayor, and that the accompanying Resolution 605
be adopted to accomplish this purpose .
