(Bill 619) - IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO . 2, KAHALUU-KEAUHOU, KONA-

April 1$, 1980 submitting for adoption, an ordinance
bill appropriating surplus balances in the completed
Improvement District No . 2, Kahaluu-Keauhou, Kona,
special fund so that final disposition of such
balances can be made. Informs, in accordance with
advice of Counsel, the surplus sum shall be distri-
buted to those persons who paid the improvement
district assessment ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 619 on first reading to
appropriate surplus funds of $5, 871.48 remaining in the fund balance
accounts of Improvement District No . 2, Kahaluu-Keauhou, Kona, for
disbursement and closing of the special fund . -
