Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
,Le_Comm. 1544 : APPROPRIATION OF FEDERAL FUNDS FOR OFFICE OF
(Bill 628) HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
May 6 , 1980 informing the Office of Housing and
Community Development is requesting that funds be
set aside from the 1979 Small Cities Grants for
administration and contingencies ; and submits an
ordinance bill to accomplish this request;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 628 on first reading by
increasing revenues from the Federal government, Housing & Urban
Development, in the amount of $110 ,000 and appropriating to General
Administration ($70 ,000) and Contingencies/Local Options ($40 ,000)
under the Office of Housing and Community Development.
