.Comm. 1555 : AMENDMENTS TO FIREWORKS CONTROL ORDINANCE
, , From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
_ May 14, 1980 submitting, after review of the bill •
and comments received from other sources ,
suggested changes to the fireworks control
ordinance;
Bill 626 : Amends Chapter 3 of the Hawaii County Code, as
amended, to add a new section relating to fireworks
control;
recommends Council approve the revisions, as suggested by the
Corporation Counsel, and adopt Bill 626, as amended, on second and
final reading.
