Date: �JUM�....5.°19:11. 410 REPORT OF THE _ COMMITTEE ON FINANCE May 28, 1980 Chairman and Members Hawaii County Council Hilo, Hawaii Your Committee on Finance to which was referred : 41 Comm. 1550: PAY INCREASE FOR DEPUTY PROSECUTING ATTORNEY ROBERT RODRIGUES From Prosecuting Attorney Jon R. Ono dated May 8, 1980 informing effective April 16, 1980, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Robert Rodrigues replaced Kenneth Fukunaga of the Career Criminal Program, at the LS-12 (A) rate of $22,608 per annum; however, Kenneth Fukunaga was being paid at the LS-12 (C ) rate of $24, 868 per annum, and Mr. Rodrigues deserves recognition for significant accomplishments in heading the current organized crime investigation. Therefore, requests that Mr. Rodrigues be paid at the LS-12'(C) rate effective April 16, 1980; 'recommends Council approve the request to increase the salary for Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Robert Rodrigues from an LS-12 (A) level ($22,608 per annum) to an LS-12 (C) level ($24, 868 per annum) , effective April 16, 1980.
