6J-. Comm. 156$: CORPORATION COUNSEL'S OFFICE - TRANSFER OF FUNDS
(Res. 62$-) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
May 21, 19$0 submitting a resolution to transfer
funds for the Corporation Counsel's office to
purchase a Mag Card-A typewriter . Informs they
have accrued the maximum amount of purchase option
credits, and the amount of the monthly purchase
payment will be less_ than the monthly lease
rental now being paid ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 62$ to transfer
$3, 1$5 from the Corporation Counsel's OCE account to the Equipment
account. for the conversion of a lease agreement to a purchase
agreement .
