OFFICE: OF .THE .CORPORATION COUNSEL (FEDERAL/COUNTY-
PROJECT FUNDED .EXEMPT' POSITIONS)
From Director of Personnel. Services Edward . L. Silva
dated July 1, 1980 submitting a resolution to amend
the salary ordinance:: as a result of adjustment in pay
grade fora position of Deputy Corporation Counsel
which was approved'..by the County Council on June 25,
1980 (C-1589) andthecreation: of a new position duly
authorized by the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney
and the Administrative Review. Committee in accordance
with Section- 4-5 (c) :of: the County Charter;
,recommends Council approve the addition of one new position of .Senior
• Clerk-Stenographer SR-11 for the Officeof the Prosecuting Attorney,
Hawaii. Career Criminal Prosecuting Program (State Funded) , and the
adjustment of pay .grade of one position of Deputy Corporation Counsel
from LS-8 to LS-1.0 for the Office of the Corporation Counsel, Child
Support Division.
Further recommends adoptionofthe accompanying Resolution No. 655 to
accomplish the above purposes.
