Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
'Res. 656 : - GRANT FOR. POLYNESIAN VOYAGING SOCIETY
Urges the United States Department of Education to
grant the sum of' $50,.415 .requested by the Polynesian
Voyaging Society enabling them to implement the
"floating classroom" concept to .provide instruction
in ancient navigational methods and Polynesian
history to the students of our Hawaiian Islands;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 656.
