Your Committee on Finance to which was - referred:
44, Comm. 1614 : APPROPRIATION OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR NUTRITION
(Bill 654) PROGRAM •
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
July 15, 1980 informing .in fiscal year 1979-80 ,
the Nutrition Program collected $5,404.08 more
than estimated in the budget and this money has
lapsed into the General Fund's fund balance
account. Under the requirements of the program,
these receipts must be used for the program to
purchase additional meals and submits an ordinance
bill appropriating the additional receipts;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 654 on first reading to
appropriate Fund Balance of $5,404 .08 to the Nutrition Program
Contribution account.
