,. Comm. 1627 DEPLORABLE' CONDITIONS' AT HILO' MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
. -(Res . 672) - From Councilmembers Tomio Fujii and Merle K. Lai
dated July 23, 1980 submitting a resolution trans-
•
ferring $5,000 from the Contingency account to the
Parks and .Recreation-Municipal Golf' Course Other
Materials account to purchase materials for trial
repair work of the muddy fairways and damaged cart
paths. Informs if the experimental project proves
successful, they will recommend more funds to repair
other muddy sites throughout the golf course. As
it is the only 18-hole course available to the
community, they feel it should be kept in proper
repair and maintenance;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 672.
