Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
A Comm. 163-6 : CAREER CRIMIN-AL PROGRAM
(Bill 664) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
August 7, 1980 informing the revenues under the
Career Criminal Program will be $120, 421 instead
of $95,795 as reflected in the 1980-81 budget.
Because of the $24,626 increase in funds, requests
favorable actionin appropriating the additional
funds in accordance with the attached ordinance
bill as requested by the Prosecuting Attorney' s
Office;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 664 on first reading.
