Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :

44),Comm. 166$: BIENNIAL DOG LICENSE FEES
(Bill 6$1) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
September 5, 19$0 informing Act 14$ passed by the
19$0 Legislature replaced the annual dog license
requirement with a biennial fee . Accordingly,
submits an ordinance bill to amend the present
ordinance to reflect this change and correspondingly
increases the dog license fees;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 6$1 on first reading .
