CIVIL NO. 5914
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes
dated September 10, 19$0 informing they have
received an offer to settle the subject case which
they would like to discuss in executive session at
the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Finance
Committee ;
recommends Council accept the recommendation of the Corporation Counsel
to settle Civil No . 5914, Singleton vs . Nicholson, et al; and that the
settlement amount shall not exceed $5, 000.
