to appropriate additional funds of $10,000 for
special counsel, Alan M. Okamoto, as approved by
C-134$.1/FC-391. Funds are to be taken from the
Penalties account of the special fund for
Improvement District No . 11;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 6$4 on first reading to
appropriate funds for legal services in the administration of
Improvement District No . 11, Discovery Harbor Subdivision and Adjacent
Lands .
