(Bill 6$7) FUNDS TO PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS'
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
September 22, 19$0 informing, in the absence of
a State law establishing standards for the appro-
priation of funds to private organizations,
believes the County should establish standards;
accordingly, submits an ordinance bill for
consideration and appropriate action;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 6$7 on first reading to
amend Chapter 3 of the Hawaii County Code, establishing standards
for the appropriation of funds to private organizations.
