Comm. 133$.1: BETTY JANE SPRINGER, ET AL VS . COUNTY OF HAWAII
CIVIL NO. 6300
From Assistant Corporation Counsel Bruce M. Ito
dated October 7, 19$0 informing they have
received an offer to settle the subject case
which they would like to discuss in executive
session at the next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Finance Committee;
recommends Council accept the recommendation of the Corporation Counsel
to settle Civil No . 6300, Betty Jane Springer, et al vs . County of
Hawaii ; and that the settlement amount shall not exceed $3,750.
