Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
/ Comm. 16$$: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS (CETA TITLES II AND VI)
(Res. 698) OFFICE OF THE MAYOR, MASS TRANSPORTATION AGENCY
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, PURCHASING DIVISION
DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL SERVICES
POLICE DEPARTMENT
From Director of Personnel Services Edward L. Silva
dated September 19, 19$0 submitting for adoption., a
- resolution to amend the salaryordinance as a result
of initial allocations of positions authorized by the
Mass Transportation Agency, Departments of Finance,
Personnel Services and Police, and the Administrative '
Review Committee in accordance with Section 4-5 (c )
of the County Charter;
recommends Council approve the addition of the following CETA Titles II
and VI (Federally funded ) positions:
(1) One Assistant Clerk SR-4 for the Office of the Mayor, Mass Trans- -
portation Agency;
(2) One-Assistant Clerk SR-4 for the Department of Finance, Purchasing
Division;
(3 ) One Assistant Clerk SR-4 for the Department of Personnel Services;
and
(4.) Eight Assistant Clerks SR-4 for the Police Department .
Further recommends the accompanying Resolution 69$ be adopted to accom-
plish the above purposes .
