Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
hr=cComm. 1694: FEDERAL HIGHWAY GRANTS •
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated
September 29, 19$0 informing the Hawaii Police
Department is presently seeking a total of
$$6, 140 in Federal Highway funds for the purchase
of new Alcohol Breath Detecting and Testing
Units for the County; and requests concurrence
in the submittal of a request for Federal Highway
funds;
recommends Council concur with the administration in the submittal of
a request for Federal Highway funds to purchase new Alcohol Breath
Detecting and Testing Units for the County.
