Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
,. Comm. 1697 : INTERFUND LOANS AND TRANSFERS FOR CIP PROJECTS
(Res. 701, From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
702, 703 ) October 1, 19$0 submitting for adoption, resolutions
authorizing interfund loans and transfers from
balances in other project accounts to undertake the
following projects: (1) Hualalai Road (partial) ;
(2) Kailua Airport Lights; and (3 ) Waimea Road ;
recommends Council approve and adopt the following resolutions:
No . 701 authorizing the Director of Finance, in accordance with
Section 103-6, HRS, to temporarily transfer or loan $2$5, 000 to the
Capital Projects Fund from any other fund which can wholly or partially
accommodate such transfer or loan; to be applied to the following public
improvements :
Kailua Airport Park $135, 000
Hualalai Road 50,000
Waimea Road 100, 000
$2$5, 000
No . 702 transferring $35, 000 from various accounts to the Kailua Airport
Ball Park Lights.
No . 703 transferring $14, 250 from the Lindsey Road Extension account to
the Belt Highway Resurfacing - Waimea account .
