Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
41c.- Comm. 1702: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS - OFFICE OF PROSECUTING
(Res . 709) ATTORNEY, MASS TRANSPORTATION AGENCY (CONTRACTUAL) ,
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS & RECREATION (FEDERAL/STATE/COUNTY-
PROJECT FUNDED-EXEMPT POSITIONS - PART-TIME)
From Director of Personnel Services Edward L. Silva
dated October 10, 19$0 submitting for adoption, a
resolution to amend the salary ordinance as a result of
studies duly authorized by the Office of Prosecuting
Attorney, Mass Transportation Agency, Department of Parks
& Recreation and the Administrative Review Committee in
accordance with Section 4-5 (c ) of the County Charter;
recommends Council approve the following :
(1) Reallocation of one position of Accountant I SR-15 to Accountant II
SR-1$ for the Office of the Director of Parks and Recreation, Depart-
ment of Parks and Recreation;
(2) Adjustment in pay grade of one position of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney
LS-11 to LS-12 for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney;
(3 ) Reallocation of one position of Clerk-Stenographer SR-9 to Senior
Clerk-Stenographer SR-11 for the Mass Transportation Agency, Office of
the Mayor (Contractual) ; and
(4) Changing the time of two positions of RSVP Aid SR-7 from 1/2 time to
full time and transferring the positions to Section 8.09 (e) for the
Elderly Activities Division, Department of Parks and Recreation
(Retired Senior Volunteer Program) .
Further recommends the accompanying Resolution 709 be adopted to accom-

plish the above purposes.
