OJ�tY OF H7 <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII /' STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 1Tf OF•M'H►, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 116 17 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION'S EDUCATIONAL SPORTS WORKSHOPS. <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawai`i, Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation <br /> Division, conducts, arranges, and promotes introductory instruction at County recreational <br /> facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Recreation Division plans, conducts, arranges or promotes organized <br /> recreation, athletics, crafts and other leisure time activities for all age groups at recreation centers <br /> and facilities throughout the County of Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Recreation Division is requesting funds for workbooks and other <br /> training material to assist staff with sports training workshops for athletes,parents, and coaches <br /> across the island; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, to assist with expenses associated with educational <br /> sports workshops. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $2,000 <br /> Recreation Div OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
