No. 102-17 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:43 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution <br /> No. 102-17, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 102-17, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim, via <br /> Communication 142 dated February 17, 2017, accepts the dedication of Road A, Crossroads, <br /> identified as Tax Map Key 7-5-004:064, situated at Lanihau 2nd, District of North Kona, Island <br /> and County of Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i, from Maryl Group, Inc., a Hawai`i Corporation. <br /> The roadway contains an area of 11,237 square feet or 0.258 acre and would be used for roadway <br /> purposes. <br /> Ken Melrose, representing the Maryl Group, gave a brief history of the roadway and its location <br /> near Lowes Home Improvement store.
