Humane Society and conflict of interest.
I have several neighbors who have TOO MANY dogs yet the Humane Society would be friends with
these people who leave feed and water ALL DAY with latch-key "pets".
Involve the StopHawaiiDogAbuse group in animal discussions, they run pointed advertising on the
radio about the deficient behavior of nuisance-owners and dogs.
