Aloha Council Members,
This presentation and update is highly important to understand the effectiveness of these program on the
environment.
Additionally,the issue of composting and distribution of the composting materials in regards to invasive
species, especially LFA's, is critical to this island.
As a small farmer,the LFA 's have already financially impacted my production due to extra care to ensure
LFA's are not traveling on my fruit products.
