Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 64, Draft 3, which includes the
following amendments as discussed at today's Planning Committee Meeting:
I. Condition B. Replace the word Rural with Agricultural. Agricultural is a more
restrictive term as compared to Rural.
2. Condition H. Insert the standazd language that the applicant shall comply with all
applicable laws, rules, regulations and requirements of affected agencies, etc.
3. Condition I. Insert the standazd language which prohibits the construction of a
second dwelling unit on each lot.
4. Renumber remaining conditions.
