Mahalo Councilmember Jennifer Ruggles and her team for ensuring that this important conversation continues. While current permitting processes limit access to full participation in our County due to stringent codes, regulations and ordinances, this crucial next step will not only allow that access and participation, it will unleash the creativity and innovations of sustainable living practitioners throughout Hawaii County. This is what our County needs! And we can be an example for other counties in Hawaii and elsewhere. I hope that we can continue to count on all of our Councilmembers, Senators and Representatives to make this a priority within our next legislative session. Mahalo nui loa for your time and consideration. Much aloha! Deborah Davis Pahoa, Hawai'i Ian: 808-965-9203 cel: 808-339-1840 COMM No. 163'5 Ref. To: 1 Ref. Date MART ._.
