RE: Transmitting Bill No. 25, Draft 2, Relating to the Issuance of General Obligation
Bonds of the County of Hawai`i in a Principal Amount Not to Exceed $4,105,000
for the Purpose of Financing the Papa`ikou Transite and Galvanized Iron Pipeline
Replacement Project
Attached please find Bill No. 25, Draft 2. Bill No. 25 was amended with the contents of
Communication No. 185.1, as duly approved by the Council during its April 5, 2017, meeting.
Communication No. 185.1 corrected a typographical error by changing the word"Transit"to
"Transite."
