The handwritten notations reflects corresponding condition on either the rezoning or SMA Use Permit. For your information, the Kaupulehu Development SMA Use Permits were for the development of two hotels, golf courses, infrastructure and related improvements. On the other hand, the Huehue Ranch SMA Use Permit was only for development of the golf course, infrastructures and related improvements. Unlike the Kaupulehu permits, this SMA Use Permit did not include the construction of the hotel. We hope that the information provided meets with your satisfaction.
