"Tim"Richards, III Council Member RE: Proposed Amendments to Bill No. 22, Draft 2; Relating to AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-13 (PUAKO-`ANAEHO`OMALU ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY CHANGING THE , DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL—FIVE ACRES (A- 5a) TO INDUSTRIAL—COMMERCIAL MIXED—20,000 SQUARE FEET (MCX-20) AT WAIKOLOA, SOUTH KOHALA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 6-8-001:058. Attached please find a proposed amendment to SECTION 2 of Bill No. 22. The proposed amendment is illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 22, material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is underscored. Due to the limited scope of the amendment, a draft copy with the amendments incorporated has intentionally been omitted. Bill No. 22 is amended by amending Condition F to read as follows: r`l$ F.
