.oJ�tY OF...... <br /> • <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII ''' ''/ STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 162 17 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE FIREWORKS DISPLAY AT HILO BAY <br /> ON JULY 4,2017. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation requests funding assistance to <br /> purchase supplies for the annual fireworks display at Hilo Bay to celebrate Independence Day on <br /> July 4, 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS,this purchase will allow the Department of Parks and Recreation to <br /> continue a long-standing and highly-anticipated annual event; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase supplies for the annual fireworks display at Hilo Bay to <br /> celebrate Independence Day on July 4, 2017. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $4,927.47 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $4,927.47 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5517.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $4,927.47 <br /> Culture & Education OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
