• <br /> • <br /> f.:;Kti."°_ ,.., <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII *i.1!'==:' /_*,- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> • ATE O1.;4 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 163 /7 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR EXPENSES RELATED TO THE 2017 FOURTH <br /> OF JULY CELEBRATION IN HILO. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation is in need of funding to purchase <br /> supplies for the 2017 Fourth of July celebration at Hilo Bay; and <br /> WHEREAS,the funding will enable the Department of Parks and Recreation to continue <br /> a long-standing and highly-anticipated annual event; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to assist with expenses related to the 2017 Fourth of July celebration. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> • AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 .
