Re: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 2)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the East Hawai`i Cultural Council ("EHCC")
for reimbursement of expenses related to the Downtown Improvement Association's Aloha First
Friday event that was held in April at the EHCC,that featured a community theater project
"Alchemy of Aloha"produced by The New Alchemists.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$4,000 from the Clerk-Council Services-
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
