SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council to support the Big Island Invasive Species Committee (BIISC)with its
ongoing prevention, detection, and control of invasive species on Hawai`i Island.
Attached please find a resolution authorizing the transfer of$5,500 from the Clerk-Council
Services—Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
