Poindexter, Council Chairwoman SUBJECT: Proposed amendments to Bill No. 256, Draft 2; A Bill for an Ordinance Amending Chapter 25,Article 4, Section 25-4-51 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended) Relating to Off-Street Parking and Loading. Please see below a proposed amendment to Bill No. 256, Draft 2. The proposed change is "housekeeping" in nature and will not affect the content of the bill. It is illustrated below in Ramseyer format with material to be added to the Bill underscored. The Bill is amended by adding the following standard enacting clause. This clause shall be inserted following the title and before SECTION 1. "BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I:" A draft copy of proposed Bill No. 256, Draft 3, is not provided due to the limited scope of this proposed amendment.
