Dear Chairwoman Poindexter and Council Members:

It is my pleasure to nominate Eric Scicchitano of District 4 to the Hawai'i County
Water Board. Mr. Scicchitano is currently employed as the Director of Manufacturing
& Distribution Operations for HPM Building Supply. He is also a veteran having served
in the US Air Force where he obtained an AA Degree in Munitions Systems Technology
from the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF).
Mr. Scicchitano is an active member of our community and has volunteered with the
UH/HCC Job Fairs, Youth Challenge Academy and Keaau Elementary School. He
currently serve on the Boards of Habitat For Humanities and the Hawai'i Island
Contractors Association. Mr. Scicchitano has lived in Hawai'i for the last 6.years.
Mr. Scicchitano states he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will
serve a term ending December 31, 2021.
