(At Large - Puna). Mr. Raffipiy is currently <br /> employed as a Project Manager and Safely Officer for T & T.Electric and a U.S. Army <br /> Reservist. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from University of <br /> Hawai'i at Hilo and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy. <br /> Mr. Raffipiy is a Command Sergeant Major, 322nd Civil Affairs Brigade, 9th Mission I <br /> Support Command, USPACOM (US Pacific Command). <br /> Mr. Raffipiy is an active member of our community and is a board member of both the <br /> Hawai'i island Contractor's Association and Micronesian United Big Island. <br /> He has resided in Hawai'i for over 30 years. <br /> Mr. Raffipiy is not affiliated with any political party.
