This communication serves to correct and clarify my letter dated April 11, 2017, submitting the
nomination of Thomas Raffipiy.
The letter erroneously referred to the "East Hawai'i Planning Commission". Please be advised
that Mr. Raffipiy is being nominated to the Windward Planning Commission.
