No. 16-1-331K Pursuant to Sections 92-4 and 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, and Article VI. Chapter 5, Section 6-5.5, Hawai`i County Charter (2014 Edition), the Office of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session for the purpose of discussing with the Council the hiring of special counsel, in the criminal action State of Hawai`i vs. Jody Buddemeyer, CR. No. 16-1-331K. I respectfully request that the aforementioned resolution be waived past committee meetings and be placed on the Council's May 3, 2017 agenda.
