SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 162-17; A Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating Contingency Relief Funds for the Fireworks Display
r at Hilo Bay on July 4, 2017.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 162-17 to increase the
transfer/appropriation amount by$2,000. The proposed amendment is illustrated below in
Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 162-17; material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken and material to be added is underscored. Due to the limited scope of this
amendment, a draft copy of Resolution No. 162-17, Draft 2, is intentionally omitted.
The BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause of Resolution No. 162-17 is amended to read as
follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby
transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:
