Burns Way (Mauna Kea Summit Road) to the northern boundary of the Maulua Tract of the Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge rd (Mile 16) TMK: 3 Div. 3-8-0l. {The federal government will provide spot improvements, at no cost to the County, beginning at the Canicula Road and the Mauna Kea Summit Road intersection and extending to the northern boundary of the Maulua tract of the Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge. The fair market value of the retaining wall easement is $1,425.
