SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 9)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to the Hilo Hamakua Community Development
Corporation for expenses relating to the 2017 Honoka`a Western Week festivities.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,200 from the Clerk-Council Services–
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
