Ms. David is a retired Law <br /> Librarian and has been a resident of Hawai'i for the past 12 years. She earned her <br /> Bachelor's degree in Political and Library Science from St. Catherine's University in St. <br /> Paul, MN. <br /> Ms. David previously participated as a community member in the planning of the Kona <br /> CDP. She is an active member of our island community and volunteers in numerous <br /> organization including: a member of the Hawai'i Island Advisory Board of Catholic <br /> Charities Hawaii, boardmember of Community Enterprises, Tutoring Program at Ulu <br /> Wini Housing and Holualoa elementary School, volunteers on several positions at St. <br /> Michael's Church, Friends of the Library in Kona, and the Community Alliance Partners. <br /> Ms. David is a member of the Democratic party.
