Approximately $81.2 million are intended to be funded in whole or part by bonds, $39.3 million to be funded by the State Revolving Loan Fund or State Capital Improvement Projects, $9.66 million to be funded by federal funds, and $45,000 to be funded by Fair Share Contributions.
