No. 246 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 2:07 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 246, reports as <br /> follows: <br /> Communication No. 246, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, dated April 11, 2017, nominates <br /> Mr. Eric Scicchitano of Council District 4 to the Hawai`i County Water Board. <br /> Mr. Scicchitano has lived in Hawai`i for six years and is not affiliated with any political party. <br /> If confirmed, he will serve a term ending December 31, 2021. <br /> Ms. Rose Bautista, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kim, introduced Nominee Scicchitano. <br /> Mr. Scicchitano appeared in person for this nomination. <br /> Several Council Members commented in favor of Mr. Scicchitano. The vote was then taken with <br /> all Council Members voting"aye."
