AS AMENDED), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM
AGRICULTURAL—FIVE ACRES (A-5a) TO INDUSTRIAL—COMMERCIAL
MIXED—20,000 SQUARE FEET (MCX-20) AT WAIKOLOA, SOUTH
KOHALA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 6-8-001:058.
Attached please find Bill No. 22, Draft 3. Bill No. 22, Draft 2, was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 181.4 as duly approved by the Council during its May 3, 2017 meeting.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24.1(e) relating to the holdover of amended legislation and
passed Bill No. 22, as amended to Draft 3, on second and final reading.
