Attached is Resolution No. 184-17, Draft 2 for a resolution authorizing the employment of
Special Counsel to represent the named defendant and former employee of the County of
Hawai`i, in the criminal action State of Hawai`i vs. Buddemeyer, Cr. No. 16-1-331K.
A verbal amendment was made to correct a typographical error. The word"tampering"was
misspelled in the third"Whereas" clause.
