10. PROJECT/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Removal of rock outcropping that impedes line of sight for drivers wishing to enter onto Nanawale Blvd.from Crystal Circle.
11. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION&OUTCOME(S)(List all that apply): Addresses public health and safety for pedestrians and commuters by removing dangerous rock outcropping.
