oJNtV OF M,,,,. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII :• '''= �/:• STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •RESOLUTION NO. 220 17 <br /> RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 189-17 AUTHORIZING <br /> THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS 0 F A LATER FISCAL YEAR FOR A <br /> MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAII <br /> EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM (ERS) <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution 189-17, adopted on May 3, 2017, in accordance <br /> with Article X, Section 10-11 of the Hawaii County Charter, authorizing the Mayor <br /> to enter into a multi-year agreement with the State of Hawaii Employees' <br /> Retirement System (ERS) to allow the County to obtain information that will be <br /> needed for the County's financial statements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the recitals to Resolution 189-17 made reference to a three (3) <br /> year agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the actual term of the agreement is to be for (4) years; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Finance requests that all references in <br /> Resolution 189-17 to indicate a three (3) year agreement be changed to reflect a <br /> four (4) year agreement; now, therefore <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 189-17 be, and hereby is, amended to <br /> change all references of a three (3) year agreement to reflect instead, a four (4) <br /> year agreement. <br />
