Due to collective bargaining increases for FY 2016-17, an increase of$1,309,036 was provided. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this additional $1,309,036 into the Fire EMS —S&W account. The Hawai`i Fire Department requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the June 7, 2017 Council agenda in order to complete this transaction during the current . fiscal year.
