freedom to choose–Good over Evil/Satan, the latter being our out-of-bounds ego–as it already is
instinctively for all others in the Web-of-Life.
The Path to that Paradise is inherent in the Humanity's Four Spiritually Universal Constants:
The first two are predetermined:
1. We are all first and foremost born citizens of this unique and Precious Spaceship Earth;
2. None of us had any knowledge of the entirety of the environment within which we were born.
The following Universal Constants are humanity's responsibility to achieve individually and collectively:
3. Every child, anywhere, has the Inalienable/Natural right to reach its fullest potential;
4. Intertwined with that, every human being has the Inalienable/Natural right to its fair share of the
resources of this blessed Earth.

Fallon, Nevada, and then in March of 2015 in Hilo, Hawaii I replaced the word "Church"with the word

A brief biography:
Came to the US as an aviation cadet in 1960. In 1961 while stationed at Craig Air Force Base in Selma,
Alabama, I decided to leave the Air Force, asked for asylum, my request was rejected. I returned to Iran
but came back in 1962.
A.A from San Antonio College, 1964 and B.A. in political science from University of Texas in Austin, 1967.
For one year from 1965 to 1966 I taught Persian to three Peace Corps Volunteersd at U.T. and helped
administer the language program. PrelrQ�'r!
Joined VISTA after graduation and was sent to Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
After returning to San Antonio I was hired by Parish-Dragon Business College where I worked from 1970
to 1974. I served as Dean of Students and Federally Insured Student Loan Officer.

I returned to Iran in 1975 and received my MBA from Iran Center for Management Studies setup in
cooperation with Harvard University. I was hired after graduation as The Director of Educational Support
Services by ICMS.

Joined the revolution before Shah left and Khomeini returned to Iran believing we were going to have
democracy. I ended up in the present government but soon learned that the theocracy proved to be
worse than a secular government.

Meanwhile I realized that the Shiite religion to which I was bornLis indeed a cult of personalities and
began to think about the reasons for religions in general to havehad such a negative effect on humanity.
In 1983 I left th&government and in 1987 I went to Turkey in opposition to the regime. I was recognized
by the U.N. asLpolitical refugee and in 1988 Holland took me out of Turkey as an "invited political refugee''
I returned to U.S. in 1992 and founded a universal Faith the following year. Since then my life has not
been the same and my experiences in this otherwise God's Paradise harteen nothing but Hell.
County of Hawaii is a Police State and it is the most satanic system I have ever experienced having
actually lived in six countries,

Since I came to Hilo in November of 2010, I have been being profiled and persecuted by the County of
Hawaii Police Department— PD —for my Faith which I founded in 1993 that I now call .by
Universal
Realm of the Lord Almighty. This was in San Antonio, Texas. At the foundation of the Faith embracing the
whole of humanity is that"Believing in God is optional; Believing in humanity is not" and that the whole of
humanity is responsible for transforming this precious Earth to. the Paradise for us through exercising our
Freedom to Choose as it already is instinctively for all others in the Web-of-Life.
My life had been manipulated prior to my present residence so that I had to move from place to place 12
times including two and half years of imposed homelessness. In October of 2012 I was subjected to an
open heart surgery that might not have been necessary but at the behest of the PD, a GPS microchip
was implanted in my body at Kaiser Permanente facilities in Honolulu. PD has thus total control my life
including my use of computer as well as my cellphone. I amalso subjected in poverty at the age of 77
depending on S.S of less than $900 per month as my sole income.
PD is directly responsible for my having experienced two assaults -- March 27, 2014 and July 09, 2014 —
one resulting in damage to my knees, injured finger. and a broken rib and the other fractured facial bones,
structural damage to my eyes and ultimately two brain surgeries due to my inner ears being affected. The
surgeries took place in late August and Early September. Total cost including transportation about
$200.000
The County of Hawaii under the PD is actually a Police State with the PD saying and doing anything
needed to even alter the behavior of those trusting it. This would not be possible without the support of
the other branches of County government excepting Mayor Harry Kim. My great concern is that the
County under the influence of the PD not only controls the County housing but also the HUD section 8
Since I moved to my present address all my rights have been violated by someone having the keys and
coming to my apartment at doing whatever it wants. It is a long story.
It is the intention of the PD to provoke me to do som.ethin so, that I will be evicted from the project
